Section 02

Service Scope

Cycle Haven provides bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspections, tune-ups, brake work, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair, subject to bicycle condition and component compatibility. Any scope described on the website is general only and may be adjusted after intake and mechanical inspection. No final repair price or completion date is confirmed until the bicycle has been inspected and the required work has been assessed.

Core Terms

Prices are normally based on the condition of the bicycle, the scope of work, and the parts required. Where a deposit is requested for a larger repair, the amount will be communicated before work begins. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection, unless another method is agreed in writing.

Services are carried out with reasonable care and skill, but no inspection, adjustment, or repair can guarantee that a bicycle is completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every road condition. To the extent permitted by law, Cycle Haven is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by pre-existing wear, hidden defects, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance advice. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
